We have high standards when it comes to the quality of our products. If for any reason you would like to exchange or refund your order, you can do so as follows:
Regarding ready-made products, they can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are unused and in the same condition as purchased, with the original invoice and price tag present.
Regarding made to measure requests, it cannot be exchanged or returned because it was produced based on the customer’s request.
The made to measure request can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of the request.

What if you are from outside Kuwait?
Returns must be sent with a customs declaration, we will not be responsible for any charges during shipping and customs.
