We have high standards when it comes to the quality of our products and packaging of your order. If for any reason, you wish to exchange or return your order you may do so. In order to avoid returns and exchanges, please check your size carefully using our size guide or the item’s full description. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Items such as our existing ready to wear abayas and outer garments may be eligible for a return or exchange. However, in light of a legitimate concern for cleanliness, on all our hijabs and hijab under caps are strictly non-returnable or refundable. 



What is your returns policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, a return can be requested. Provided the item(s) are unworn, unused, unwashed and in perfect resalable condition with the original Abayas Boutique Swing Tag still intact. Items that are torn, damaged or soiled due to improper use or washing cannot be accepted and shall either be returned to you or you may incur a fee reduced from your overall refund amount. 


What if I want to exchange something?

All exchanges are subject to availability. Please check the exchange section below to read more about requesting an exchange. 


How long do I have to request to make a return? 

We urge you make a request within 48 hours of receiving your order to with your order number. You then have 14 days to send.

Once a request is sent to us, you should receive an acknowledgement email in response to the return request. 


What is an acknowledgement email and what does it entail?

This email is a confirmation of your request to return. It covers a complete guide on when and who to make the return to. 

Including, delivery address and contact details, the packaging state of the return for your benefit. 


What if I am from outside of the Kuwait? 

Returns must be sent with a customs declaration, clearly stating that the package contains ‘returned goods’. We will not be liable for any charges incurred during customs. We will not pay for any administration fees for the returning of goods. These fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


How long do I have to return something? 

Once receiving your acknowledgement email you have 48 hours to return the item(s). 


When will I receive a refund? 

Once we have received your returned item(s), it can take up to 7 working days to be processed. This time frame expands during peak sales, Ramadan and Eid periods. However, if it has been more than 7 working days and you have not heard from us, kindly email: 


How will I be refunded?

Refunds are processed using your original payment method.


Will I be refunded for the postage?

All return postage fees must be paid by you. 


How do I know if you have received the return? 

We request all returning item(s) are sent with an email confirmation. Thus, making is easier for you to then keep tabs on returning parcel using the tracking number provided by their postal service.

As you may be asked to provide the proof of postage if we fail to receive your goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.


How do I know when you have refunded me?

Once refunds have been issued, you will be informed by email. However, please bear in mind that general transfer delays may be caused by banks depending on their own policies. 



If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same price, you may request an exchange easily.


How do I make an exchange? 

Within 14 days of receiving your order please contact us by emailing , with your order number, and we will send you an acknowledgement email. The acknowledgement email will provide details on exchanging the item(s) in more depth. 


In what circumstances, can an exchange be denied?

When an item is sold out, or no longer available we will do one of two options.

See if you would like to opt for something else and cover the difference in price or have the difference refunded depending on if the exchange item is more or less than the original item. 

Or we can refund you for the returned item(s), provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed and in perfect resalable condition with the original Bait Hanayen Swing Tag still intact.


Will I have to pay for postage?

Yes, you will have to pay to return the item(s) back to us. 


How do I know when you have exchanged my item?

You should receive an email providing you with your exchange invoice for your exchange parcel.



Do accept alterations on products?

Yes we accept alterations on products from 60 days of you receiving a delivery confirmation. All alteration will be done based on the size file. The measurements to be filled in inches and sent to us at

How do I know when you have altered my item?

You should receive an email providing you with your alteration invoice and a tracking detail for your parcel.

Outlet/Clearance & Customised Items

Do you accept returns or exchanges on customised or discounted items?

We strictly do not refund or exchange goods that are specified as Outlet, Clearance, Customised, made to measure or order.
